갤러리코어는 국내 유일의 민화 전문 공립박물관인 한국민화뮤지엄 공식 갤러리로 전통의 현대적 변용을 통해 현대민화의 대중화 및 세계화를 위해 설립되었습니다.

매년 한국민화뮤지엄 및 작가들과의 협업을 기반으로 국내외에서 다양한 실험적 기획전을 개최하는 한편  2022년에는 메타버스 전시장을 구축해전 전 세계에 한국의 전통 및 현대 예술을 소개하고 있습니다.

GalleryCore serves as the official gallery of the Korean Minhwa Museum, which is the sole public museum in Korea dedicated to Minhwa, the traditional folk paintings of Korea. It was established with the purpose of popularizing and globalizing modern Minhwa through a contemporary transformation of traditional art forms.

Every year, We hold a wide range of experimental exhibitions in Korea and internationally, through collaborations between the Korean Minhwa Museum and modern artists. In 2022, we established the Metaverse Exhibition Hall to showcase Korean traditional and modern art to the world.
